Getting Ready for Winter

It feels like only yesterday that we had a very warm summer here in England. Unlike the year before, this year saw many people travelling out of the U.K since many countries opened their doors to visitors with travel restrictions removed.
Many fortunate families and friends got together, and for those who did not manage to travel, enjoyed plenty of sunny warm days locally and within their home vicinity.
Gratefully, we have been blessed with reasonably decent weather with temperatures still around the teens now close to mid October. Green leaves are slowly turning to beautiful autumn colours and it’s that time of the year where busy festive season starts again.
With that in mine, I am delighted to bring a yoga and meditation workshop in November, where you will be taken into a journey of exploring poses (asanas) and other yoga practices through the subtle energy of chakra; and how you can learn to bring some of these practices in your daily lives using simple meditation techniques as well as yoga poses.
I hope to take you into the depth of meditation experience after a flow of yang and yin pose elements where you will explore sitting meditation, nidra (lying down) and gentle sound baths.
Until then, pay more attention to areas where you can boost your immune system, keep hydrated, keep moving and don’t forget to be kind to one another!
